I am a Woman and I am Worthy.
I am worthy of Love-pure, honest, genuine Love.
I am worthy of acceptance As I Am
Whatever my shape, whatever the color of my hair or my skin, the size of my breasts, the income I make
or do not make.
I AM WORTHY.
I am worthy of respect in every form, Respect for who I am
As a person, an individual, with my own Thoughts, Feelings, Needs, Dreams, Wishes,
Passions and Fears.
I am worthy to BE ME and to be recognized for who I am,
Not objectified for what my body can do for someone else.
I am worthy to be me,
To stand up for what I believe,
To speak my truth,
To not let fear or intimidation keep me from holding my boundaries,
From saying, "no" when I need t o say no and, "yes" when I need to say yes.
I am a Woman and I am Worthy.
I am worthy of Love despite my shortcomings, my imperfections and self doubt.
I am worthy to stand up and say, "ENOUGH!"
This is My life, My body, My right
To be Me and to be Cherished, Valued, and Loved as I was Created.
I Am Worthy and I will Accept no less!
